Cocktail

Shanxi Type 17

Roku gin, Tsingdao, lemon juice, simple syrup, Scrappy’s lavender bitters

Bottle contains four servings of gin mixture. Pour serving into glass and top with 1/2 bottle of Tsingdao. (pop the bottle in the freezer if it’s not cold anymore!!)


 Appetizer

Sichuan Cucumber Salad

Cucumbers that I smacked with a rolling pin, chili oil, Baoning vinegar, garlic

Serve chilled.


Main Course

Char Siu Bao

Baked take on the classic sweet and savory bun from Guangdong, tofu, onion, sawce, milk bread

Microwave to heat.

Ganbian Sujidou

Dry-friend green beans, pickled mustard greens, chilis, Sichuan peppercorns

Microwave to heat.


Dessert

Mango sticky rice tart

mangoes, jasmine rice, coconut cream, sweet tart dough

Serve room temp.
